As a Technical Account Manager you should be able to link business needs with technical security solutions, while being proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both client interaction and technical work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into security solutions.
- Design and support SIEM, SOAR, and SOC-related architectures.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly presentations and technical documentation.
- Build long-term client relationships as a trusted technical advisor.
- Support pre-sales and project delivery, ensuring solutions meet requirements and timelines.
Key Skills:
- 2+ years in SIEM, SOC, or Incident Response technical account management.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and SIEM/SOAR tools (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle, Cortex XSOAR).
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients under fast-paced environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on implementation experience with SIEM or SOAR tools.
- Security certifications such as Splunk Certified, GIAC, or CISSP.
- Familiarity with processes like alert triage, incident response, and automation.
- Experience supporting Fortune 100 or large enterprise clients.
