Technical Account Manager (Cyber Security)

The React Hub has partnered with a global cybersecurity company that provides software and cloud security by automating tasks and managing the customer’s vulnerabilities.
As a Technical Account Manager  you should be able to link business needs with technical security solutions, while being proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with both client interaction and technical work.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the bridge between clients and technical teams, translating business needs into security solutions. 
  • Design and support SIEM, SOAR, and SOC-related architectures. 
  • Deliver clear, client-friendly presentations and technical documentation. 
  • Build long-term client relationships as a trusted technical advisor. 
  • Support pre-sales and project delivery, ensuring solutions meet requirements and timelines. 

Key Skills: 

  • 2+ years in SIEM, SOC, or Incident Response technical account management. 
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and SIEM/SOAR tools (Splunk, Sentinel, Chronicle, Cortex XSOAR). 
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. 
  • Experience engaging with enterprise-level clients under fast-paced environments. 

Preferred Skills: 

  • Hands-on implementation experience with SIEM or SOAR tools. 
  • Security certifications such as Splunk Certified, GIAC, or CISSP. 
  • Familiarity with processes like alert triage, incident response, and automation. 
  • Experience supporting Fortune 100 or large enterprise clients.
