Helping Twig to quickly scale after a funding injection

Twig is a global EdTech company that creates video resources for educators around the world. After receiving additional funding, Twig needed to quickly scale. In particular, the company needed to expand its commercial and technical teams. 

In order to facilitate this growth, we assigned one account manager and three dedicated recruiters. Four months into our 12-month agreement, we have already made 25 hires. We expect to make an additional 40 hires by the end of our agreement.

Growing Excentral’s team by 42 over 6 months

Excentral is a global retail FX broker, predominantly based in Cyprus. The company approached us when they needed to urgently scale their dealing and multi-lingual sales teams.
We allocated two recruiters and one account manager, who worked as an embedded team within

Excentral to help the company meet its goals. A particular challenge with this partnership was that we did not have a network in Cyprus.
